As an Investment Consultant, Doug draws from his past experience mentoring small businesses to provide his clients with thoughtful, personal strategies to help manage risk and plan for their financial goals. 

Doug works closely with a team of professionals to provide companies and employees, in and around Western Pennsylvania with custom strategies and superior service.  Doug and his team will listen to you and help find a plan that fits.

Prior to founding Focus 401(k), Doug cultivated and managed key relationships with suppliers to the nuclear industry as a buyer for a large nuclear power plant producer.  Prior to that Doug taught micro-businesses basic skills/strategies and taught English as a second language as a Peace Corps volunteer in Costa Rica.

Doug graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BSBA in Finance and later earned his Accredited Investment Fiduciary certification through fi360.

Doug is from Bethel Park and currently resides with his wife, Priscilla, and daughters, Dalila and Lucia, in Fox Chapel just north of Pittsburgh. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, salsa dancing, painting, cooking and traveling.
